Sudbury Surgery at Vale Farm is merging with Wembley Surgery currently based at Wembley Centre for Health and Care.

The Intergrated service will run out of  the Sudbury site. Both practices are proposing a merger as a "Social Enterprise" and will register as a "Community Interest Company. The new service will remain a NHS general practice, but will however offer primary health care in  new and innovate ways.

A Community Interest Company is similar to the older described "Co-operative", it will be a "Not -for-Profit" organisation and will involve different sectors of the local communities that we cater for (Brent, Harrow & Ealing) in an advisory capacity.
